The Joint Chiropractic in Yukon, OK is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment. You will greet patients, handle check-ins and payments, and present membership options to encourage conversions while supporting the clinic team for a smooth patient experience.

The role offers a 4-day workweek with Wednesdays–Fridays 9:30am–7:00pm and Saturdays 9:30am–5:00pm (occasional travel).

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment.
• Basic computer and payment processing skills.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.
• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals.
• Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.
• Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics.
• Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.
