Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree required.
• Strong desire to share chiropractic philosophy, science and art with future doctors.
• Required degree within specific teaching discipline.
• Three years full-time chiropractic practice and/or teaching experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be assertive and maintain classroom decorum.
• Proficiency with MS Office, LMS and smart room equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective instruction and student advisement for the Doctor of Chiropractic program.
• Develop curricula and assessments aligned with college standards.
• Stay current with teaching practices and educational technology.
• Collaborate with teaching and learning to enhance pedagogy.
• Maintain a professional classroom environment and report equipment issues.
• Prepare quarterly syllabi, midterms and final exams for the academic program.
• Participate in college governance, mentoring and service to the college.
