Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors with patient care and rehab exercises.
• Perform admin, marketing and sales tasks as assigned.
• Greet patients professionally and manage front desk duties.
• Administer physical therapy modalities under doctor direction.
• Teach and monitor rehab exercises and home programs.
• Enter billing data accurately and efficiently.
• Help optimize patient satisfaction with staff coordination.
• Disinfect and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Handle phone calls, messages and appointment confirmations.
• Assist clinical research data collection with patient forms.
• Communicate with patients and staff in a clinical setting.
