Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
To assist therapists with treatments for patients in a variety of age groups under the supervision of the therapist and in accordance with the specific disciplines' regulations.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer literacy required.

EXPERIENCE:
At least one (1) year of previous experience working in a chiropractic office is required.

  • Current BLS Certification
  • Standard Precautions
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions, adapt to changes in workload, and work schedule. Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to patients' needs.
  • Ability to pay attention to details, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with health system, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members, in accordance with Valley's SERVE and CARE standards.
  • Ability to interact with patients in stressful situations and changing work environments related to changing patient needs.
  • Effective organizational and critical thinking skills, including analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritizing, and time management, to perform responsibilities and respond to changing situations.
