ProCare Chiropractic Center is seeking a friendly, dependable Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our patient-focused team across four locations in Keizer, Portland, Sherwood, and Hillsboro.

The role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, data entry, insurance verification, and supporting a welcoming front-office experience. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment and Spanish-speaking ability are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or medical office setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Enter data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information.
• Verify insurance information.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
