We’re Hiring: Chiropractic Assistant/Medical Examiner’s Assistant

Northwest Chiropractic Clinic is looking for a motivated Chiropractic Assistant/Medical Examiner’s Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare, wellness, and making a real impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient intake and documentation
• Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk
• Insurance knowledge: verifying benefits, billing, and patient charging
• Taking x-rays (training provided if needed)
• Assisting with DOT and non-DOT physical exams
• Becoming a certified drug and alcohol collector for testing services (training provided)

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Passion for holistic health and wellness
• Experience in chiropractic or other medical office preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HIPAA and patient privacy consciousness is a must

• Preference for Full-Time (Part-Time applicants considered)
• Pay: $10–$12 per hour to start, with performance-based raises
• Work Schedule:
• Mondays and Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch break from 1:00–2:00 PM)
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break from 1:00–2:00 PM)
• Every Wednesday off
• Occasional Saturday mornings (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Ongoing training and certification opportunities
