My wife, Dr. Jasmine, and I are the proud Owners of 100% Chiropractic in Saint John's, Florida.

WHAT I NEED:

We are seeking a positive, reliable, and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone). The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, a quick learner, open to understanding chiropractic principles, and passionate about motivating patients to make positive life changes. If you're dedicated, detail-oriented, and eager to empower others, we'd love to have you join our team.

Your tasks will include:

• New patient acquisition
• Helping give new patients tours of the office upon arrival, reviewing their medical histories, connecting with them, and educating on chiropractic
• Preparing their new patient intake forms before their visit
• Checking voicemails
• Calling new patient leads (patients requesting a visit)
• Recording doctor’s recommendations into an Excel spreadsheet to prepare financials for the patient
• Verifying insurance through Navinet
• Greeting patients, checking them in and out
• Patient scheduling
• Calling missed appointments and follow-up scheduling
• Providing laser sessions when needed (training provided)
