Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks on chipseal crew as directed, including equipment operations and laboring.
- Safely and productively perform duties as assigned.
- Communicate and listen effectively.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
- Perform steady, intermittent, and repetitive physical activity: standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.
Minimum Qualifications
- General knowledge of construction work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work day and night shifts; shifts may vary with project demands.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel if job requires.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
