Summary

Seeking a Chip Testing Shift Engineer responsible for providing real-time technical support during assigned shifts to ensure smooth chip testing production operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting work orders and equipment issues, monitoring test data to ensure product quality, performing equipment calibration, and conducting timely issue reporting and shift handovers to maintain operational continuity and process stability.

Job Duties

• Monitor the flow of work orders and respond promptly to production interruptions during the assigned shift.
• Solve issues in work orders / equipment in a timely manner for smooth flow in the production line.

Maintain product quality

• Ensure daily golden sample verification is completed and passed before production; investigate, report, and resolve any failures prior to release for production.
• Monitor real-time test data and equipment performance during production to ensure test accuracy and stability.
• Identify abnormal trends, data shifts, or out-of-control conditions and take immediate action.
• Perform routine calibrations on test stations to ensure consistency of product quality.
