Job summary

AOI is seeking a Chip Testing Shift Engineer to support real-time production during assigned shifts in Sugar Land, Texas. You will troubleshoot work orders and equipment, monitor data, and ensure product quality through calibration and routine checks.

The role requires an engineering degree and familiarity with semiconductor devices; relocation or immigration sponsorships may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or physics field from an accredited institution.
• Experience with chip manufacturing or equipment automation is a plus.
• Basic programming knowledge and data analysis skills; familiarity with LabVIEW is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support during shifts to ensure smooth chip testing operations.
• Monitor test data, perform root-cause analysis, and report issues with shift handovers.
• Calibrate equipment, verify golden samples, and maintain SOPs and shift logs.
