Job summary

Wipro in the United States is seeking a VLSI Board Design specialist to perform chip pulling, log chip movement in STRM, and ensure proper labeling, packaging, and tracking of chips.

You will coordinate with test engineering and quality teams for chip disposition, maintain clean, compliant work areas per EHS standards, and support audits with STRM data. Employment may require a post-offer drug screen and offers standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in VLSI board design.
• Experience with chip handling and sorting per test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Log chip movement, quantities, and lot numbers into STRM.
• Follow SOPs to label, package and track chips.
• Coordinate with test engineering and quality teams for chip disposition.
• Maintain work area cleanliness and comply with EHS standards.
• Support audits and provide STRM data for traceability.
