Job summary

Harkins Theatres in Chino Hills, CA is seeking Team Members to deliver the Ultimate Moviegoing experience for every guest. You will help guests with tickets, concessions, directions, and loyalty sign-ups while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Starting pay is $16.90/hr, with experienced team members eligible to earn up to $17.40/hr. This opportunity includes great benefits and a fun, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication in English (reading/writing).
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Availability during evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude.
• Take tickets and guide guests to auditoriums.
• Clean auditoriums and common areas.
• Sell and/or prepare concession items.
• Sell tickets and gift cards; assist guests with services.
• Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.

Responsibilities Include:

As a Team Member, your role is key in ensuring every guest’s visit to Harkins is as good as it could possibly be by providing the Ultimate Moviegoing experience to everyone who walks through the door.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Greeting guests with a positive attitude
• Taking tickets and providing directions for guests to their auditoriums
• Cleaning auditoriums and common areas
• Selling and/or preparing concession items
• Selling tickets, gift cards and handling guest service items
• Signing guests up for our loyalty program and answering questions

What We’ll Be Responsible For:

We provide training that will teach you the responsibilities of the job. As long as you are professional, friendly, reliable, thrive in a fast moving environment and have the desire to provide amazing guest service, we can prepare you for the rest.

Requirements:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Effectively communicate, read/write in English
• Are able to work independently or with a team
• Have work availability during our busiest times:
• Evenings
• Holidays

Starting rate is: $16.90/hr for all Team Members, except for those with prior Harkins experience, who may start at up to $17.40/hr
