IncrediCare in Virginia is seeking Mandarin/Chinese-speaking caregivers fluent in English to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. Immediate openings with flexible schedules and opportunities to train as PCAs. We welcome both male and female caregivers with a heart for dementia-focused home care.

Responsibilities include mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, and coordinating with medical teams. Must have CPR certification and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) certification.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards, including CDC guidance for COVID-19.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary constraints.
• Respectful and compassionate bedside manner.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Physical endurance for required tasks.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Help with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with completing physical therapy and other recommended exercise.
• Complete shopping or accompany community members when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and prepare meals.
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members.
• Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family members.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched areas, including bed sheets.

Requirements
