Job summary

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Chinese with strong grammar and style.
• Experience in translation, editing, or linguistic annotation.
• Experience with NLP data work in Chinese.

• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality and accuracy of LLM-generated Chinese text across various use cases (e.g., translation, summarization, dialogue, grammar correction).
• Edit, refine, or rewrite Chinese content to meet linguistic and cultural standards.
• Annotate Chinese text for grammatical, syntactic, and semantic features.
• Identify model errors and collaborate with AI researchers to improve LLM performance.
• Provide detailed linguistic feedback and analysis to guide ongoing model training efforts.
