Job summary

Altamira Technologies Corporation in Dayton, OH is seeking a Mandarin Chinese Language-Enabled OSINT Analyst to support the U.S. national security mission. Use language skills and OSINT tradecraft to translate, verify, and analyze open-source data for clients.

You will conduct deep research, produce actionable intelligence, and collaborate with the IC and policymakers. TS/SCI clearance and Mandarin proficiency are required; a bachelor's degree and experience with AI tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience conducting open-source research, including use of associated tradecraft and tools.
• Experience conducting research in the source language.
• Ability to demonstrate a minimum ILR score of 2 or ACTFL Advanced Low in listening and reading in Mandarin Chinese.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and provide analytical support for the client's mission sets.
• Work both from the foreign language into English and English into the foreign language.
• Perform high volume, accurate translation, transcription, and interpretation of highly technical foreign language information into colloquial English.
• Additional tasks may include report writing, quality control, review, gisting, training, and others as necessary.

Altamira Technologies Corporation is in search of Mandarin Chinese Language-Enabled Publicly Available Information/Open-Source Intelligence (PAI/OSINT) Analysts in Dayton, OH.

Our Language-Enabled PAI/OSINT Analysts provide our clients with a clear understanding of the ever changing technological and operational environment in given regions. You will apply your knowledge of foreign languages and cultures to employ PAI/OSINT tradecraft to validate information in direct support of your clients, the broader IC, and senior policymakers. • Computer programming fundamentals/experience (Python, SQL, etc.).
