Manage the department to ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers. Plan, organize, train, and direct Chinese Kitchen associates; perform production and customer service functions; maximize store sales and profits by promoting sales and focusing on quality and freshness. Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Chinese Kitchen operations

Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, organizing work, training and scheduling associates, responding professionally to customer and staff inquiries, managing inventory with Computer Assisted Ordering, pricing and displaying merchandise, operating equipment safely, implementing company policies, contributing to budget and sales goals, maintaining equipment and cleanliness standards, ensuring proper temperature logs, participating in special projects, responding to emergencies, and working flexible shifts including weekends.
