Job summary

Group14 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly resilient Program Manager focused on the China market to lead qualification programs and align with major battery manufacturers and OEMs in China. You will bridge Chinese accounts with Group14’s R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure timely, on-spec program execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional resources, manage milestones, and travel internationally as needed to support audits, reviews, and visits across global facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Native or business-fluent Mandarin and English required for technical exchanges.
• 5+ years in customer communication, technical, engineering or project/program management; 3+ years PM/Technical Account Mgmt.
• Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of qualification programs with Chinese manufacturers and OEMs.
• Serve as primary technical and operational interface for Chinese accounts.
• Facilitate discussions on specifications, testing, samples, and milestones.
• Identify and communicate risks; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations and Finance to mobilize resources.
• Plan, coordinate, and host onsite technical reviews and factory audits.
