Job summary

CACI International in Charlottesville, VA seeks an All-Source/China Analyst to support national policy analyses and lead analytic production aligned with customer requirements. You will perform in-depth open-source research, maintain databases, and prepare written and oral briefings for leadership.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years in China-focused all-source work (senior 10+), and a strong background in data analysis tools. Up to 10% travel and full-time employment offered.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/SCI
• Journeyman level: BA/BS in related field and 3 years’ experience conducting all-source analysis focused on China
• Senior level: MA/MS in related field and 10 years’ experience conducting all-source analysis focused on China
• Motivated self-starter with ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Experience with open-source research and managed attribution systems
• Knowledge of Internet-based research, Boolean logic, search engines, databases, and various information sources
• Knowledge of producing intelligence assessments per ICD directives and familiarity with the intelligence production cycle
• Desired: NGIC assessments publication experience; Chinese language skills; CDASA certification; familiarity with Analyst Notebook, Python, R, SQL

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth all-source research and analysis to produce intelligence products (2-8 pages)
• Develop and publish published analytical products assessing weapons development ecosystems
• Prepare written and oral briefings for internal customers and leadership
• Support national policy analyses on science and technology competition
