Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system functions, maintenance needs, and safety procedures clearly.
Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and materials to job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
Assist in sales consultations by assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate fireplace or chimney products and services.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service reports for each job.
