You will perform routine and advanced maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems, troubleshoot complex malfunctions, and ensure safe, efficient operation. The role requires 4+ years of HVAC/R troubleshooting experience, deep familiarity with chillers and refrigeration, and a Universal EPA license preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC/R industry.
• Deep familiarity with water chillers and refrigeration.
• Universal EPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Perform routine and advanced maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex malfunctions using refrigeration principles and electrical schematics.
• Integration: Manage chiller/BAS integration and overall system performance.
• Technical Support: Maintain boilers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment while mentoring junior technicians.
