Job summary

Veterans Prime, Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks an HVAC Journeyman Chiller Mechanic to maintain and optimize industrial refrigeration systems.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform routine and advanced maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, and ensure safety and energy efficiency. 4+ years' experience in HVAC/R, deep familiarity with chillers and refrigeration, and EPA license preferred; strong documentation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience in HVAC/R.
• Deep familiarity with water chillers and refrigeration.
• Universal EPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex malfunctions using refrigeration principles and electrical schematics.
• Manage chiller/BAS integration and overall system performance.
• Maintain boilers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment while mentoring junior technicians.
