The leading HVAC service provider throughout the Gulf Coast is looking for a seasoned Chiller Technician to join our growing team in the New Orleans Area.

Do you have a proven track record of dependable service? Are you a team player proficient in maintaining and repairing diverse HVAC chiller issues?

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and HVAC units for commercial and industrial clients. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Identify service issues, procure replacement parts, calibrate systems per manufacturer guidelines, and communicate solutions effectively to customers.
• Document work performed with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate with dispatch, parts procurement, supervisors, and managers to keep all parties informed about work progress.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, to address emergency service needs.
• Participate in ongoing training on the latest industry technologies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC chiller systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently, ensuring tasks are completed correctly on the first attempt.
• Neat appearance and well-groomed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work from heights, and maneuver heavier items with assistance or tools.
