Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and AS-built drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs on a variety of chiller systems, including air-cooled, water-cooled, and centrifugal chillers.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain complex chiller equipment while diagnosing and resolving mechanical and operational issues.
• Execute advanced technical knowledge for complete equipment overhauls, system evaluations, and root-cause diagnostics.
• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair HVAC and mechanical equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air compressors, and VAV/DV systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and AS-built drawings to guide maintenance work.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible or maintaining and repairing and installing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Maintaining the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment. Specific systems may include: electronic/pneumatic, environmental controls, fan powered boxes and auxiliary equipment (various pumps, heat exchangers, air compressors, etc. Work with BAS controls, chiller operations, pump operations, water treatment programs, air handler units, and VAV’s.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Conductsinspections,maintenance,repairs,andserviceonavarietyofchillersystems,includingair-cooled,water-cooled,andcentrifugalchillers.
• Operates,troubleshoots,andmaintainscomplexchillerequipmentwhilediagnosingandresolvingmechanicalandoperationalissues.
• advancedtechnicalknowledgeinperformingcompleteequipmentoverhauls,systemevaluations,androot-causediagnostics.
• Skilledindiagnosing,servicing,maintaining,andrepairingawiderangeofHVACandmechanicalequipment,including:
