The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC water systems and monitor overall system performance, including temperatures, pressures, and water treatment programs. This onsite role demands strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in a professional and timely manner.Key Responsibilities* Inspect, maintain, and repair chillers, cooling towers, pumps, valves, and associated equipment.* Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC water systems.* Monitor system performance, temperatures, pressures, and water treatment programs.* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.* Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, fans, and pumps.* Conduct vibration analysis and equipment inspections.* Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.* Support emergency repairs and after-hours service calls when required.* Collaborate with facility managers, engineers, and contractors.Required Qualifications**Education:** High school diploma or GED is required.
