Responsibilities

• Perform pressure testing on chiller systems, coils, piping, and related components using approved testing procedures.
• Conduct leak detection inspections using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Verify that all units meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Read and interpret production work orders, blueprints, and testing requirements.
• Record and maintain accurate test data, inspection results, and production documentation.
• Identify defects, leaks, or nonconforming conditions and communicate findings to supervisors and quality personnel.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and assist with corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
