Qualifications

• 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience in HVAC/R.
• Experience with water chillers and refrigeration systems.
• Universal EPA license preferred.
• Strong safety and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex malfunctions using refrigeration principles and electrical schematics.
• Manage chiller/BAS integration and system performance.
• Maintain boilers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment; mentor junior technicians.
