Qualifications

• 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC/R industry.
• Deep familiarity with water chillers and refrigeration; EPA license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, technical communication, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex malfunctions using refrigeration principles and electrical schematics.
• Manage chiller/BAS integration and overall system performance.
• Maintain boilers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment while mentoring junior technicians.
