The YMCA of Coastal Georgia, Inc is seeking a part-time Childwatch Group Leader in Hinesville, GA to care for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. You will supervise activities, ensure safety, and support both physical and emotional needs while maintaining clean and organized spaces.
Responsibilities include attendance, sign-in/out procedures, and collaboration with staff during staff meetings. CPR/First Aid and mandated reporter training are required within 90 days of employment.

The Childwatch Group Leader is responsible for providing care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old, engaging in programs such as Childwatch, Parents Morning Out and Parents Night Out. In addition, every position in the YMCA of Coastal Georgia, Inc is responsible for upholding the Judeo-Christian principles that are central to our mission by modeling behaviors that exemplify the four pillars of character-caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
