Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development and fun for children ages 2-10. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We coach at over 100 locations around the Greater Memphis Area.

WHAT YOU GET:

1. We offer a paid ($14 an hour) comprehensive training program to learn Soccer Shots’ curriculum, developmentally appropriate coaching techniques, and best practices.
2. Once training is complete, our starting pay is $18-$20 per hour.

WHAT YOU NEED:

1. No prior sports/coaching experience required.
2. Genuine passion for children and sports.
3. Be an Energetic, Engaging, and Responsible person.
4. Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-10.
5. Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
6. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

1. Safely manage 30-45 minute classes of up to 12 children.
2. Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill & character development and fun.
3. Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
4. Maintain equipment and manage your class roster by doing attendance.
5. Follow proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by the Soccer Shots supervisor.
6. Ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
7. Go home knowing you made a difference.
