Available Shift Times / Flexible Schedule (Pick what works for you!):

1. Mondays through Fridays: mornings 9am-11am, afternoons 2pm-5pm
2. Saturdays: mornings 9am-12pm

$18/session (36/hour) with potential to increase. Note - Priority will be shown to coaches with morning availability to match current seasonal staffing needs.

The Job:

1. Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity.
2. Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down.
3. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
4. Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
5. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
6. Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
7. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Qualifications:

1. No prior sports/coaching experience required.
2. Genuine passion for children and sports.
3. Energetic, engaging, and responsible.
4. Safety conscious.
5. Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-8.
6. Access to reliable transportation.
7. Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
8. Coaches must have or obtain state-required clearances.
9. 18 years of age.
