Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. We support people of all ages in the community and their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular Dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges. You’ll be making a difference in your clients’ lives while developing your skills and knowledge.

This role involves supporting a child at home with personal care, feeding, medication administration, and seizure management.

Qualifications

What you’ll need

The successful candidate will have experience caring for adults or children, ideally with seizure management experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
