Here at Northern Community Leisure Trust, our goal is to encourage active, healthy lifestyles in an environment that is safe, warm, clean, friendly, and fun. We aim to be the destination of choice for being part of an active community, helping you to make more of every day. To deliver these services, we seek an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member — and we are currently recruiting Children’s Activity Assistants to join our vibrant team at our leisure centre.
Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 million facility, featuring Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50-metre swimming pool and a £15 million investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL), administered by Sport Northern Ireland. The complex offers excellent sporting and leisure facilities.
In this role, you will ensure the facilities and activities for children are clean, safe, and properly supervised. You will also be responsible for the smooth operation of all types of parties held at the centre and for providing first-class customer service to party guests at all times.
This is your chance to keep children entertained and to leave each day with a sense of satisfaction from the positive impact you make.
We share your passion for leisure and will offer a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.
Serco manages these facilities daily on behalf of the Trust.

This is a great opportunity to be part of something special, providing local children with a safe and fun place to play and develop skills. If you feel you are suitable and up for the challenge, please apply as soon as possible.
