Soccer Shots - Chicago NW Suburbs is seeking a Youth Soccer Coach for ages 2-8 in Schaumburg, IL. The role is part-time with a flexible schedule, and full training is provided. Coaches foster a fun, safe environment and introduce movement, teamwork, and soccer basics to young children.

We offer paid training (including CPR/First Aid), mileage reimbursement, and fast-track promotion to Lead Coach after a season. No prior coaching experience is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to inspire and engage children ages 2–8.
• Reliable and safety-conscious with child-focused approach.
• Comfortable leading groups of up to 12 children.
• Willing to participate in ongoing training and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe soccer classes for up to 12 children.
• Follow weekly curriculum focusing on motor skills and character.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child to support development.
• Manage class rosters and program equipment.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing trainings.
• Provide brief post-session feedback.
• Use creativity and enthusiasm to make every class memorable.

Youth Soccer Coach (Ages 2-8)

Schaumburg, IL | Part-time | Flexible Schedule

Soccer Shots is seeking an energetic and passionate Youth Soccer Coach to introduce children ages 2-8 to the game of soccer in a fun, engaging, and positive environment.

No prior soccer coaching experience is required. We provide full training and support.
