Shifts Available (Pick 3+ per week!):

• Weekdays: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Must be available at least one weekend shift per week
• A performer, teacher, coach, athlete, mentor, or just someone who lights up around kids
• 18+ with a high school diploma
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get it)
• Reliable, on time, and ready to grow
• Comfortable in the water OR willing to learn
• Positive, playful, and able to connect with kids from all backgrounds

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Teach using AquaTech’s unique, super-effective swim method
• Lead small-group lessons that are structured, fun, and full of progress
• Help kids build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of swimming
• Create a safe, supportive space where every student feels encouraged
