Job summary

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness in Chicago seeks a Children's Programming Team Member to create and lead engaging children's events across our Lincoln Park and Illinois Center clubs.

You will coordinate activities, engage kids and families, and ensure each experience is fun, organized, and safe, turning celebrations into family favorites with energy and creativity.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading children's events is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

As a Children's Programming Team Member, you’ll create and lead memorable experiences for children through birthday parties, social events, festivals, fairs, and other special events. You’ll bring energy and creativity to every event while coordinating activities, engaging kids and families, and making sure each experience is fun, organized, and safe. You’ll help turn special occasions into experiences families look forward to coming back to again and again.
