Job summary

Lakeshore Sport and Fitness in Chicago seeks a Children's Programming Team Member to create memorable experiences for kids at our Lincoln Park and Illinois Center clubs. You will lead birthday parties, festivals, and other events, bringing energy and creativity to every gathering.

You’ll coordinate activities, engage children and families, and ensure every experience is fun, organized, and safe—turning special occasions into events families return for.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events for children or family events.
• Ability to engage kids and families in active, safe experiences.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

As a Children's Programming Team Member, you’ll create and lead memorable experiences for children through birthday parties, social events, festivals, fairs, and other special events. You’ll bring energy and creativity to every event while coordinating activities, engaging kids and families, and making sure each experience is fun, organized, and safe.
