Freedom Church Owasso is seeking a full-time Children’s Pastor who has a genuine heart to shepherd children and their families. This role focuses on growing kids in their relationship with Christ and partnering with parents as primary spiritual leaders in the home.

The pastor will develop leaders, invest in volunteers, and coordinate weekly ministries, events, and long-term vision with humility and a passion for reaching the next generation.

The ideal candidate needs to have a strong ability to develop leaders and invest in volunteers, building a healthy, sustainable ministry team. In addition, this role requires someone who is organized and capable of administrating and coordinating weekly ministries, special events, and long-term ministry vision.
