Compensation

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour for 10 to 20 hours per week (part‑time weekend position).

Responsibilities

• Introduce children to the learning environment of The Little Gym and facilitate engaging, educational activities.
• Teach classes using the proven curriculum and teaching methods provided by the franchise.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming membership experience.
• Maintain a warm, fun, and safe classroom environment for every child.

Qualifications

• Background or interest in child development, physical education, or gymnastics (training will be provided).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to serve families and children.
• Ability to keep a positive, energetic attitude while also maintaining focus and professionalism.
• Comfortable working with a variety of ages from 4 months to 12 years.
• Living in or near the Pittsburgh North Hills area is preferred.
