Job summary

Bright Harbor Healthcare in Toms River is seeking a licensed Therapist for the Children’s Outpatient department. This full-time role offers 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule and evening availability to accommodate families.

Responsibilities include providing individual and family therapy, conducting assessments and treatment planning, and facilitating referrals with appropriate follow-up. A Master’s degree and LAC/LSW licensure are required, with at least one year post-master’s

Qualifications

• Must hold Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field.
• Minimum of LAC/LSW licensure.
• Minimum 1 year post-master’s experience.

• Provide individual and family therapy.
• Conduct assessments, formulate diagnosis and preliminary treatment plan.
• Facilitate referrals to ensure follow-up for mental health/substance abuse needs.
• Provide case management to assigned caseload.
• Develop the Comprehensive Treatment plan.
