Job description

A children's hospital medical group in one of the fastest-growing areas of the Dallas, Texas metroplex is hiring additional pediatric pulmonologists.

Opportunity Details:
  1. Join an established pediatric pulmonology practice of 4 pulmonologists, with an option to incorporate sleep medicine.
  2. The position is 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient.
  3. Case mix is predominantly asthma (92%), with the remainder being RSV, airway disease, and cystic fibrosis.
  4. The clinic offers pulmonary function testing on-site.
  5. Work in a beautiful new medical office building adjacent to the children's hospital.
  6. Utilizes Epic EMR system.
Financial Details:
  1. First-year compensation guarantee of at least $250,000, plus production incentives and a higher base salary for sleep medicine-trained pulmonologists.
  2. Paid Time Off: 6 weeks.
  3. CME stipend: $4,500.
  4. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; family planning benefits (fertility, surrogacy, adoption assistance); long-term and short-term disability; retirement plans including a 457(B).
  5. Paid medical malpractice insurance.
