We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced part-time Children's Gymnastics Program Lead/Instructor to join our dynamic team! This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact in children’s lives while having fun, staying active, and growing in your career.

Company Overview

The Little Gym of Naperville is a brand-new addition to The Little Gym family, and we’re thrilled to bring this exciting program to the community! For over 45 years, The Little Gym has been a leader in children’s motor skill development and confidence-building, offering gymnastics-based classes for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. Our mission? To create a fun, nurturing space where kids can grow physically, socially, and emotionally—all while having an absolute blast!

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who:

1. Loves working with kids!
2. Is a natural leader, mentor, and motivator for both kids and staff.
3. Has experience teaching classes with a background in child development, gymnastics, cheer, dance and/or physical education.

Your Role as Children's Gymnastics Program Lead/Instructor:

1. Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
2. Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.
3. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
4. Oversee the breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
