Job summary

The Little Gym of Lakewood CA is seeking an energetic coach to lead gymnastics classes for children aged 3 to 12, following proven lesson plans and ensuring a safe, positive learning space that encourages progression and confidence.

Ideal candidates love working with kids, communicate well with parents, and are available for flexible scheduling. This role offers a fun, active work culture with opportunities for advancement and supportive teammates.

Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching gymnastics or children's sports.
• Knowledge of basic gymnastics techniques and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings or mornings and at least one weekend day.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
