Job summary

Blue Butterfly Grief Care, a program of Empath Health, seeks a Children’s Grief Center Manager to guide a passionate team serving grieving children and families. Lead program delivery, staff development, and community outreach to expand services and impact.

You will oversee budget, coordinate with the Director, and stay current on research in children’s grief, trauma, and interventions to inform practice. This role supports Full Life Care across Florida.

Qualifications

• MSW degree or Master’s in clinical counseling preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ direct clinical services in children’s grief.
• Florida licensure in LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or pending licensure within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Director to align regional strategic priorities.
• Provide oversight and leadership of staff and program implementation.
• Develop community relationships to educate and grow the program.
• Oversee the regional operating budget and suggest changes.
• Educate clinical staff and volunteers on children’s grief best practices.
