Job summary

The Little Gym in Seattle is seeking an energetic Children's Fitness Instructor who loves working with kids and giving back to the community. You will teach engaging classes and oversee birthday parties, joining a supportive team that runs weekend sessions.

Exceptional customer service helps families feel welcome, while leadership opportunities support personal growth and community impact. We value fun, safety, and a collaborative spirit that motivates both children and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in a teaching or activity setting.
• Background in child development, physical education or gymnastics helpful.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!).
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families hosting at our facility and ensure a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; we treat members like family.
• Be ready to LEAD and contribute to the growth and development of children and families in the community.

Programs offer children a Springboard to Life's Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
