Job summary

Somersault in Greenville, SC is looking for a energetic Children’s Fitness Instructor to lead our fun, movement-based classes and magical birthday parties. You’ll join a team that values energy, kid-focused instruction, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

This role emphasizes leadership, excellent customer service, and opportunities for upward mobility within the organization. Weekend shifts are included as part of our team-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps.
• Experience in gymnastics, dance, or early childhood development or education is preferred.
• Be ready to lead and have fun while maintaining a high-energy environment.
• Kids and parents like you and you love serving others.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and lead birthday parties based on our curriculum.
• Work weekends as part of a team of instructors.

What We Expect From You...

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
