Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Direct Care Professional in West Chester, PA, to support children with behavioral health needs. You will be offered:
Available Shifts: 7am-3pm | 2pm-10pm | 10pm-8am
Schedule: One scheduled day off during the week + every other weekend | weekends | PRN: on-call/as needed
Compensation: $17.75-$23.05/hr (based on experience and education)
Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, IDD, behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric challenges. Located in West Chester and Malvern, PA, services include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), residential treatment (RTF), inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessments, community-based mental health services, employment and social skills training, and private school educational services for children and adolescents (6-21) with various diagnoses, often with trauma histories.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work. Education evaluation required if degree obtained outside the U.S.
Experience: Prior experience working with children in behavioral health preferred.
