Job summary

Long Hollow Church in Hendersonville, TN seeks a creative LH Kids Content Creator to develop weekly scripts, songs, and digital elements aligned with the LH Kids curriculum. You will oversee props, costumes, décor, video requests, and budget, partnering with the LH Creative Team and Kids Team to execute vision.

Proficiency with Canva and Google Workspace is essential for producing compelling content and social media assets. Join a team devoted to discipling families with excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in church leadership or family ministry.
• Strong desire to support families in a local church setting.
• Proficient with Canva, Apple computers, and Google Docs/Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create original content (weekly scripts, songs, and creative elements) in alignment with the small group curriculum to enhance the LH Kids experience.
• Oversee creative systems, including resource management (props, costumes, décor), video requests, and budget stewardship.
• Partner with the LH Creative Team and Kids Team to align vision, strategy, and execution.
• Manage and execute digital assets & requests.
• Create and upload content regularly on all social media platforms for Family Ministry.
• Develop digital content and parent resources that extend ministry beyond the weekend.

• 3–5 years of experience in church leadership, family ministry, content creation, or guest experience
• Deep desire to see families live out their God-given calling and thrive in the local church
• Proficient in Canva, Apple computers, and Google Docs/Workspace applications, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Capable of managing multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced ministry environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions
• Adept at working collaboratively in team environments, promoting unity and shared mission
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence in all responsibilities
• Skilled at anticipating and meeting needs, providing seamless organizational support to the Children’s Ministry Director
