Qualifications

• Minimum two years in luxury club, resort, or hospitality environment.
• At least one year of supervisory or management experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operation of The Reef Children's Club.
• Lead by example while maintaining Forbes Five-Star hospitality standards.
• Supervise, coach, train, and support team members.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and performance management.
• Maintain safe, clean, engaging childcare environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Plan age-appropriate activities and events.
• Build relationships with children, parents, and guests.
• Handle concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor staffing to maximize service and control labor costs.
