Job summary

Kidcreate Studio is seeking talented art instructors to teach our Kidcreate Academy curriculum, helping students build real artistic skills in a fun, supportive setting.

Ideal candidates have strong art foundations, classroom experience, and a portfolio submission. We offer a very flexible schedule and comprehensive training for teachers.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in drawing, painting, color theory; submit a 5–10 piece portfolio or website link with application.
• Experience managing a classroom; ideally a degree or coursework in Art Education, Fine Arts, or Design.

Responsibilities

• Teach structured art lessons that develop skills progressively.
• Facilitate engaging classes for children of various ages and skill levels.
• Demonstrate drawing, painting, and other art techniques.
• Break complex skills into clear, age-appropriate steps.
• Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to students.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment

The role is ideal for educators who enjoy working with children and can confidently teach foundational art techniques in a fun, supportive environment.

Core Qualifications:

Candidates must have a strong foundation in art (drawing, painting, color theory) and are required to submit a 5-10 piece art portfolio or website link with their application. They should also have experience managing a classroom and ideally possess a degree or coursework in Art Education, Fine Arts, or Design.
