Job summary

Learning Care Group in Hummelstown, PA is seeking dedicated teachers to care for children and support families in a nurturing classroom environment.

As a Teacher, you will follow licensing guidelines, observe and assess children's development, and communicate with families to ensure a high-quality childcare experience. Training and curriculum support are provided to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training providing insight on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
